Enjoy this newly renovated home that sits high on a hill with two decks overlooking the Plum Island Sound, the Merrimack River and the great salt marshes.. Very quiet and private location. Has two decks that you will love. The rear deck is huge and has a roof to provide shade and protection from the rain. There is plenty of deck furniture for your guests to enjoy paradise with you.The sunsets are beyond words. You can walk to the beach or use the beach front parking we provide for our five summer rentals.

The living room and kitchen are an open concept with with lots of light from the many windows. Two bedrooms and a double futon in the living room provides sleeping for six. The house has hardwood floors and tile in the bathroom.

The house has all the amenities that you will need for a great vacation. There is a Washer, Dryer and Dishwasher. We provide the linens for bed and bath.

This lovely cottage is nicely decorated and has comfortable furniture. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. The living room, dining area and kitchen are an open concept. The dining room table presently sits six and can be expanded to sit eight. There is a laundry room with the washer and dryer. The furnished three-season porch with a double futon is located on the back of the house along with a fenced yard with a gas grill, table with umbrella, chairs and additional lawn furniture to sit ten. We do supply the propane with an extra bottle on standby. We have beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your beach days. The ocean is a short walk away. We also provide provide beach front parking if you prefer not to walk. We want to make your vacation a pleasant experience. You will find this home to be a very clean and comfortable home away from home. We live nearby and are always available if needed.

"Halfway Rocks" - Plum Island Two bedroom cottage with three season porch and large yard

Two bedroom single family home, with views of the great marsh on a quiet private road. Queen size bed in one bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. Living room with sleeper sofa, dining area and a galley kitchen. There is a three season porch on the front of the house with southern exposure and lots of windows. The side door leads to a grassed yard with a wooden four seater swing, lawn furniture and shade trees. There is always propane for the grill. The house is comfortable and clean. The ocean, restaurants and variety store are within walking distance. If you have small children and would prefer not walking to the beach we provide ocean front parking for our four summer rentals at no additional charge.

The house is located on a private drive and has little traffic.

Plum Island is a wonderful vacation spot.

This charming one bedroom house is the lower level of a duplex on a quiet street with plenty of parking less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Newly decorated and furnished for your summer enjoyment. It has a large bedroom with a queen size bed, a full sized eat-in kitchen, a large living room with a queen size pull out bed and a porch running the front of the house with crank out windows.

This house is the smallest of our eight summer rentals and is reflected in the weekly cost. It has the one bedroom which has a full bed and the double futon in the living room area. It has fresh paint, new rugs and a tile floor in the kitchen area and bathroom. The living room has a flat screen television with HD.

The Internet is provided and also has wireless. You will find everything necessary for your vacation and we do live nearby if you need anything. We provide the linens for the bed and bath and beach chairs. Just bring your food and beverages. I do have a laptop computer available if needed. The back yard has a patio area with table, chairs, etc and a propane grill. I also provide ocean front parking at no charge. You have the choice to walk to the beach which is a short walk on the sidewalk or drive to 16th street and Northern Blvd to park the car and walk across the street to the Ocean. It is next to Mad Martha's which is open for breakfast and lunch.
